Required DNS Records
Add these DNS records at your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Route 53, etc.).
- Cloudflare: Ensure the cloud proxy toggle (Orange Cloud) is set to DNS Only (Grey Cloud) during initial verification.
- GoDaddy / Namecheap: If entering
@as Host is rejected for CNAME, create an A-Record with value76.76.21.21. - Subdomains: For
shop.yourstore.com, entershopas the Host name.
MooOS assigns each domain a cryptographically random challenge token. Even if another tenant knows your domain, they cannot route traffic without placing this unique secret in your registrar's authoritative DNS records.
Once DNS verification is confirmed, MooOS automatically provisions an enterprise TLS certificate through Let's Encrypt. Certificates auto-renew every 90 days with zero manual intervention.
