Welcome to Morning Moo ("Morning Moo", "we", "our", or "us"). Morning Moo provides a dairy subscription, morning milk delivery logistics, grocery store, and customer account management service available via our Progressive Web Application (PWA), iOS App, Android App, and website at https://morningmoo.in.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, share, and protect your information when you use our mobile applications and services, as well as your rights to access, manage, and delete your data under applicable data privacy regulations, the Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Guideline 5.1.1), and Google Play Data Safety Policies.

We collect only the minimum data required to facilitate milk subscriptions and morning home delivery logistics:

A. Personal Identification & Contact Information

Full name, mobile telephone number, and authenticated Google/Apple email address used for account creation and login verification.

B. Physical Delivery Address & Geolocation Context

Flat/house number, building/society name, block, floor, street, landmark, area, city, and PIN code. Used strictly by assigned delivery partners to deliver fresh milk to your doorstep.

C. Subscriptions, Deliveries & Billing Records

Daily milk subscription quantities, vacation pause/resume dates, extra milk requests, delivery statuses (Delivered / Missed / Recovery), monthly itemized invoices, payment methods, transaction references, and payment verification logs.

D. Device Identifiers & Security Logs

Anonymized device identifiers used for single-device login security bindings (preventing session hijacking), IP addresses, browser user agent, and crash/diagnostic logs.

E. Push Notification Tokens

Web Push / APNs / FCM subscription tokens if you explicitly grant notification permission to receive real-time delivery and invoice alerts.

  • Service Delivery: Assign delivery stops to local delivery partner routes and ensure daily milk arrives before the morning cutoff.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Automatically generate monthly itemized bills based on confirmed deliveries and extra orders.
  • Vacation Mode Management: Pause and resume morning deliveries according to your selected vacation calendar dates.
  • Account Security: Protect your account through single-device binding and OTP/OAuth authentication.
  • Notifications: Send real-time delivery confirmations, vacation reminders, and payment receipts.

hub 3. Third-Party Services & Data Processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share data only with essential infrastructure providers:

  • Google Firebase: Used for secure OAuth identity verification.
  • Razorpay / UPI Payment Network: Used to securely process digital payments. We do not store raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs.
  • Push Notification Gateways (FCM / Web Push): Used solely to dispatch delivery alerts.

security 4. Data Security & Storage

All communications between your device and Morning Moo servers are encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Database storage is protected by strict role-based access control (RBAC), multi-tenant business isolation, and parameterized database queries to prevent unauthorized data exposure.

delete_forever 5. Account & Data Deletion Policy

In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Data Safety policies, Morning Moo provides complete, accessible account and data deletion capabilities.

Method A: In-App Account Deletion (Instant)

  1. Open the Morning Moo app and log into your Customer account.
  2. Navigate to Profile / Settings (bottom navigation tab or side drawer).
  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
  4. Click "Delete Account" and review the confirmation warning.
  5. Type `DELETE` and confirm. Your account access will be revoked immediately and all active sessions/future deliveries terminated.

Method B: Web-Based Deletion Request (For Uninstalled App)

If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your account, you can request full account and data deletion via email:

  • Email: morningmoo.app@gmail.com
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Include your registered mobile phone number and registered email address.
  • Your request will be processed within 48 hours and confirmation will be sent to your registered email.

What Data is Deleted vs Retained:

  • Permanently Deleted / Deactivated: User login credentials, OAuth tokens, active daily milk subscriptions, delivery route stops, scheduled future deliveries, device bindings, and push notification tokens.
  • Retained for Legal & Accounting Compliance: Past completed invoices, payment receipts, and historical delivery logs are archived to satisfy local commercial, tax, and accounting statutory recordkeeping obligations.

Morning Moo is designed for household subscribers and commercial dairy operations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
