Terms of Service

Welcome to Morning Moo. By registering an account, subscribing to our daily delivery services, or purchasing products on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Subscription & Cutoff Times

To ensure smooth delivery logistics, we operate under strict daily cutoff times:

• Any edits to your daily milk quantity or pauses to your subscription must be submitted before the daily cutoff (usually 10:00 PM of the previous evening).
• Modifications received after the cutoff will take effect from the day after tomorrow.

2. Billing & Payments

• Monthly Billing: Subscribers accumulate charges on their monthly invoice, which is generated at the end of the calendar month.
• Immediate Payment: For store items, customers can check out using direct payment options.
• Outstanding balances must be paid within 5 days of invoice generation to prevent delivery suspension.

3. Delivery Terms

Deliveries are made farm-to-home from Shyampur Farm to your registered delivery address between 5:30 AM and 7:30 AM daily. We are not responsible for delays caused by roadblocks, natural disasters, or other conditions beyond our control.
